Former Neighbor Spencer and I did the Friday Midnight Harry Potter madness at a local bookstore. I took a few pictures, even downloaded them to the computer but still haven't managed to clean anything up for posting here.

The weekend was crazy busy, with two trips up to Chapel Thrill (new Dan's Backyard images to come), one down to Wilmington to pick up The Boy and bring him back home yet again, a wholesale bangle order that's going to be a day late in shipping and three very late nights reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

Sunday afternoon Bonn was driving us up to Chapel Thrill and I had my M*A*S*H unit bangle making kit with me, busily trying to make bangle after bangle. At one point she looked over at me and said, "You're going to have to go back to work to get any rest, aren't you?"

(Well, yeah...)

Anyways, last night around 3am, I've finished the Half-Blood Prince. As with The Order of the Phoenix, I'm giving any and everyone the chance to discuss the book, trade theories, express indignation, speculate on the 7th book (how she expects to tie everything up in one last book is beyond me), etc., etc. There's no LJ cut here -- everything is going to be kept in the Comments. (Expect spoilers)

And, just for zombiefodder, I promise to not delete out all of my journal just before he finishes this Harry Potter book so he can actually read all of the things his wife and everyone else has to say about it. (And thanks for understanding about the scanner this past weekend!)
