so are you saying you are suffering from 'blog depression' or are you just giving the rest of us a heads up so we know what symptoms to watch for in ourselves????
Posting images involves writing something to accompany them. The thing I've been working on piecing together in my head is going to take more time at a keyboard than I have to devote to it at home (all of that pesky jewelry making stuff seems to be taking up my time. That and the 2+ hours of attacking our overgrown back yard with a weedeater)
Besides, didn't you read the pamphlet? Nothing I'm going to end up posting is going to make the least bit of difference in the universe anyways.
(Unless it makes a nice person cry, at which point my keyboard should probably be taken away for a few days)
*sighs* but since you bring it up... it makes a difference in your own small universe of friends. believe it or not, your photos and commentary brighten peoples' days.
*sighs and shakes head* and sometimes people need to cry, anyway. So helping them have a needed cry is a bad thing? Pfft.
(Of course the ultimate goal is to make people laugh while you make them cry, but that isn't always possible.)
I know you were kidding. I'm just kicking myself for continuing to fall into the trap of thinking I'm all that and have all sorts of Wisdom to dispense.
Some days I think I'd do better just being the silent (and non-typing) warm lap our cats want me to be.
Um, no, you just aren't cut out to be a lurker. We can't have that.
You're destined to say your piece. And once in a while you'll embarrass yourself. But most of the time your friends will be glad for what you have to say. Appreciative, even.
Your writings and photos make a difference! Of course I think we all get blog blues - I do, but the other duy I had a lurker post a comment to me about how my photos make her day and well that really cheered me up.
I should say the sentiments you write about make me think! really think about things from a different angle I would take ages to probably stumble upon.I wish I was as eloquent.
