Sweet potatoes and watermelons hummmmmmmm. yum. Not so good the chemicals though. It sounds idyllic & rustic to have enough land around to grow so many vegies. {although granted real estate agents these days call "no insulation" - idyllic & rustic). Sounds like some stories in there somewhere?
The girl actually rang me between exams today to ask me things about the vietnam war to check she remembered right. Some things yeah I'm pleased she takes note of - like that or when she actually enjoys books/music I like, but other things like on the topic of boys, suitable clothing, clean rooms etc. well there's a lot to be worked on yet. I do think boys and fathers have this time a fair bit harder - all those male hormones battling for attention. Take heart. I'm sure it gets better. x0x0x
